Visiting Durban Soprano June Nel and her seasoned tenor partner Luigi Bianco are definitely going to stun the audience not only with their pick of duets, but also the arias selected.
Sunday 7 August
Bass Baritone Rex Nigrini and Mezzo Ona Ackermann’s selection of arias and duets include “Bei Mýnnern, die Liebe fýhlen” from Die Zauberflýte, “Madamina”, the catalogue aria from Don Giovanni and “Vissi d’arte” from La Tosca to name but a few.
Sunday 14 August
Upcoming tenor Righard Linde will be performing excerpts from operas like Le Nozze di Figaro by Mozart and operettas like Paganini by Lehýr.
Sunday 21 August
Husband and wife duo Charl and Cecilia Erasmus, baritone and soprano respectively, are products of the Department of Vocal Art, Tshwane University of Technology. They incorporated excerpts from opera, operetta and favourite musicals into their programme.

The highlight of the month. Tenor Stýfan Louw with an extraordinary recital entitled “Aria!”
