Meet the new Craz-e presenters. #Fresh!
Yes it is true! The Craz-e crew has expanded. Eight hot, new, funky young people have joined the team after our beloved former presenters; Pearl Modiadie, Gillian Hughes, Babalwa Rasane, Kriya Gangiah, Morena Sefatsa and Lee-Roy Wright left the Craz-e stage to further pursue their careers.
Craz-e has a history of launching young people’s careers in the industry. The following household names had their start on this crazy platform: Pabi Moloi, Da Les, Lalla Hirayama, Salamina Mosese, Stephina Zwane, McGayver, Caitlin Fox, Relebogile Mabotja, Gile Motshwane, Muso Sefatsa, Zandile Msutwana & Kim Engelbrecht.
The new crew joins our self-claimed “aging one” Zola Hashatsi who’s been presenting on Craz-e since 2007.
The dynamic between these young people is electric and viewers cannot seem to get enough. Introducing to you the new Craz-e presenters:
Chanley Wong (21 years old)

They say dynamite comes in small packages and it sure does with Chanley Wong. Born and raised in Benoni and having being raised in a multi-racial home, Chanley is fluent in Afrikaans and brings to Craz-e a brand new energy that reflects the beauty of the rainbow nation. This die hard Justin Bieber fan still has her Justin Bieber concert armband on and has no intentions of removing anytime soon. About Craz-e she says:
“I see Craz-e as a platform that helps inform, entertain, and inspire the youth. Having the opportunity to be part of Craz-e has given me further insight into the different lives, cultures and experiences of South Africans. Sistahood is an incredible platform for female expression. It teaches young women to be independent, smart and to be leaders rather than followers.”
This BA Corporate Communications Major (UJ) sees herself expanding into fashion and starting her PR and Communications agency in the near future.

Phemelo is a talented young man who was born in Limpopo and raised in Pretoria. He brings to the show his loud, hyperactive energy on screen.
In 2008 he matriculated and it was during this year that he wrote, directed, produced and starred in his first production.
In 2009 he enrolled at The University of Johannesburg and studied Marketing Management where he was Top 15 of the marketing department for 2 years in a row and graduated in the year 2012.
He later got involved in a singing group called COB (Currents of Blackness). His involvement in COB saw him gaining the opportunity to be a backing vocalist for great South African Soul artists such as Kabomo and Unathi, and this awarded him the opportunity to perform with other artists such as RJ Benjamin, Nothende, Andile Masuku, Unathi, Micasa, Sabelo Mthembu, just to mention a few.
Phemelo defines himself as a simple guy from the streets of ‘Pitori’ who has had an opportunity to experience different cultures and beliefs.
Phemelo believes that Craz-e is an amazing platform to learn, grow and be able to master ones craft of presenting. His future plans are to be a media mogul and to utilise his academics in building the entertainment industry as a whole.

When asked about her future, she said:
I plan to explore my singing talent further… and to also grow myself on the Craz-e platform and beyond! I am keen to explore life behind the scenes and produce new shows on television.
Ntokozo Molefe (22 years old)
Catch her on these Craz-e shows: Craz-e World Live, Sistahood and Frenzy

Ntokozo or NTK is not your average girl. Add beauty, brains and ambitions together and you’ll have Ntokozo. Also hailing from Sebokeng in the Vaal, this petite girl is empowered to do big things, while pursuing her dreams. She is currently doing her studies at Boston Media House, and plans to be a media powerhouse: not only on screen but making waves in the communications and PR world. A confessed ice cubes and pap addict (yes, ice cubes!) she definitely brings on the heat and adds the cool to the team. You might also have noticed that she never ever stops laughing…a bit tricky when she is trying to have a serious interview. On being a Craz-e presenter she writes:
This is a show that enables me to step out of my comfort zone, interact, influence, build relationships with the masses while having fun doing it… it definitely doesn’t get any better than that. She also says, “I do not believe in fans rather true appreciators of my art.”
Craz-e is Ntokozo’s debut on screen and she promises not to hold anything back in her efforts to growing in the industry.
“Every venture you take on is just a stepping stone to greatness. Grab the opportunity with both hands and make sure you put your heart and soul into what you love. It’s simple philosophy really… if you do what you love, you’ll definitely love what you do”.

Being on Craz-e has been a platform to express and showcase his true being, which is out of the box fresh. He would also like to cultivate an air of unpredictability to the show. He states that “Zola and Morena have set the bar high and he is here to raise it even further”. Rep’ing the West Rand, his feet are firmly grounded on his heritage while having a serious twist of attitude. He also loves philosophy, art, sport, gym, and rugby.
