We’re sure the entire Egyptian population must be sleeping late this morning – we imagine the celebrations are amazing.- nothing like a sterling win on home ground… Let’s hope South Africa can party all night in celebration of winning the World Cup final on home ground in 2010. But we’re going to have to pull some serious moves from now till then. Congratulations Egypt and well done to Cote d…

So if you don’t know by now, Nigeria is in third place and the final of the African Cup of Nations is between Cote d’Ivoire and the hosts Egypt today! The Egyptians must be delighted to be in the final on home ground and we are sure that it will prove to be a thrilling finale to what has been a very colourful and entertaining tournament.
We won’t mention how badly our boysboys did as some people have just managed to forget about it and we don’t want to remind them…. but we wish both teams luck and may the best African team win!!!
