Camagu is the latest hot…
exciting new Soul Musician to come out of the country making his name in the music industry. He has recently released his Debut Cd titled Uhambo, which he launched at Bassline.
He’s getting a lot of airplay on all Local and National Stations, His song has even made into the Metro Fm local top 20 and is working on his first video
Camagu is growing in stature as an artist with each and every performance that he gives and he has already graced the stages with the Likes of Oliver Mtukudzi, Hugh Masekela, Ringo, Mahottela Queens, Thandiswa [Kaya Fm 5th Birthday Celebrations], Malaika [Music Series at Bassline: he had to come back on stage 3 times after the crowd could not get enough of him], Mxo [The Only Artist featured on his Album] Fly Paper Jet [Rock Band]. He is also doing a Tribute to Fela Kuti in December where he is going to be working with the cream of South African Musicians to pay a tribute to the Great man

Uhambo means The Journey and that is exactly what Sunday is going to be all about at the Recently revampished 88 Lounge in Norwood.
This will be one of his last performances in Johannesburg as he is set to hit the road and go on tour to promote his album all over the country He will be featuring his musical family that he has worked with in his time in the Music industry and the night will have an element of all the various genres of his music tastes like rock, Hip hop, Funk, Jazz, in one big sending of show.
