Live Inna City 2 marks the launch of the new JHBLive by offering a line-up packed with some old favourites along with a few surprises. The live line-up features jazz band Destination Out playing with acclaimed hip-hop MC Waddy Jones; 340ml with a guest ragga vocalist and funk favourites The Undersound. The DJ line-up is just as impressive, and showcases a diverse array of beats including breaks, down tempo, dub, 206 style beats, funk and house. The DJ line-up features: Vinny da Vinci (House Afrika); DJ Mbuso (Soul Candi); Shaun Duvet (Anything Goes); Ryan Bliss; Phat Jack, The Blunted Stuntman (206), KenZero and Tokyo Star resident Richard tha IIIrd.
The outside chill area is another feature of Live Inna City 2 to get excited about. Sponsored by Lipton, the area will be an exotic Moroccan style tent with all the trimmings, specially designed for us by 3D Deco. This morrocan/beduin tent is made with organza, which plays beautifully with intelligent lighting creating a spectrum of color. The tent will come complete with all the accessories such as cushions, day beds, candles, lamps, tables and carpets.
Live Inna City 2 offers jaded Johannesburg party-goers a chance to indulge in a full-blown celebration: of life in general; and of their new site. This party is not to be missed.
