Careers in Africa initiatives bring together internationally oriented African graduates and professionals who are seeking careers in Africa with multinational corporations, intergovernmental organisations and leading African companies.
To be considered for any of the Careers in Africa Initiatives, successful candidates must meet the following criteria:
An excellent academic track record (to at least undergraduate degree level)
– Fluency in English, French or Portuguese
– 0-15 years of post-academic experience
– Outstanding intellectual and interpersonal skills
– International Orientation
– Work authorisation for at least one African country
