LOOKING FOR SOME MEANING? FIND IT AT ASTRO.com
GENERALISTA directs us to the stars for answers to earthly situations… She reckons it comes pretty close and looks forward to the SECOND half of ’05 – check it out and see if it works for you…
I have found the answer! Or rather, answers. Since January, when it first became evident that 2005 was certainly not going to be “Two thousand and thrive” for this jinxed sista, I have …
been looking for some kind of explanation as to how so much can possibly go so wrong for just one person in 5 short months. And then someone had the sense to suggest that I turn to astro.com.
If you haven’t logged on already and are looking for answers, or at least a bloody good insight into the various elements of your life (love, work, home, friends), then this is the place you’ll find it. Honest. Now, I’ll admit that I have always been drawn to the psychic world in various shapes and forms, but I am not a fool and I challenge any sceptic or non-believer to type www.astro.com into their search bar and not find something out about themselves that they didn’t know before; something that they also immediately recognize to be true. Scarily so.
Astro.com is the most successful astrology source online. Run by a small Swiss company that has been developing and selling horoscopes for 20 years, the site itself is based on a computer software programme developed precisely for horoscope calculation by computer whiz Alois Treindl and Liz Greene – a name that anyone who knows anything about astrology and horoscopes will recognize immediately.
The challenge, of course, was to enable a computer to make expert and specific astrological interpretations of a person’s personality and problematic issues based on hundreds of different factors, depending on the individual logging on.
It sounds impossible I know. But the knowledge based system they’ve ended up with works. Try it. In fact, in my opinion, it works with such expert precision that you’ll be hooked immediately. Guaranteed. Of course, the site has been set up as an e-business and the ultimate aim is to get you to buy the full, 30+ page versions of what you only get a “preview” of on the site. But the previews, some of which are more than 10 pages long, provide enough insights and answers in themselves and certainly gave me more than enough food for thought.
“Gratis” from the site, you can read your horoscope every day, get a personal portrait (and discover what makes you tick), find out everything you ever wanted to know about your partner and the how’s and why’s of your match, learn more about the other love and sexual relationships in your life and, my favourite, download a personal forecast detailing, almost month by month, the challenges and experiences that lie ahead for you. Although you can get fairly detailed readings without the information, it’s best to log on knowing your time, date and place of birth – as each reference enables a more accurate interpretation.
So does the second half of 2005 look any better for me than the first? In all honesty, not really. But at least I now know what’s coming and will (hopefully) be able to prepare myself better for it. 2006, on the other hand, seems to make up for it&
