ElecctroLux design lab 06 Call for entries
Once again Electrolux Design Lab invites innovative students from all over the world to submit ideas for their design competition. This year the theme is:
“HEALTHY EATING HABITS IN 2016” and challenges students to come up with ways in which appliances could influence the concept of changing bad eating habits to good… VERY INTERESTING…>
They specifically want “product ideas around food preservation that promotes healthy eating and food PREPARATION that promotes healthy eating habits… hmmm interesting. You have until the end of August this year.
The judges are looking for:
– originality
– thoughtful design
– wow effect
– great aesthetic appeal
– real consumer insight base

They are looking for 9 global finalists – come on South African’s!!
You will be flown and accommodated in Barcelona in Now and Dec for the finals and then have a chance of walking away with the R40 000 prize!!!! Not that great a prize – but scene as it is just IDEAS/RESEARCH/DESIGN they want – it’s still a good option.
