Delta Park
The Delta Users Committee will conduct a walk around Delta Park on Sunday October 16, leaving the main car park at Delta Environmental Centre, Road No 3, Victory Park (off Rustenburg Road) at 08:00 and returning at about 10:00. Braamfontein Spruit Trust

Join the Braamfontein Spruit Trust for morning walks:

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23
Phalindingwe Nature Trail, Pelindaba
Starts from Preller House at 08:00 for 08:15

Directions: R512 to Pelindaba, vicinity Hartebeespoort Dam. From Randburg, continue along Hans Strydom (R512) to the T-Junction, (R560) crossing the Crocodile River en route, then turn first right towards Necsa, (towering above on the hill to your right) and right again to the gate. Preller House is sign posted. Call Margaret for details more details.

Preller House is vacant at present., but we are welcome to walk the trail. As there is no caretaker, we will not have to pay the usual fee. It is about 6.5Km of interesting terrain. Varied flora and fauna, can be seen. Birding is excellent.

NECSA have called for tenders for utilisation of the Preller House Restaurant as well as the Trail and Recreation centre.

Picnic and braai facilities available at the Lapa, but bring your own charcoal
