Nothing like a bit of Swazi.

If you haven’t yet followed our advice and gone to Swaziland for a weekend, then you clearly haven’t been to our favourite live event venue in the Southern Hemisphere…House on Fire in the Malkerns valley. OUT OF THIS WORLD.

You know the old adage about the mountains coming to you… well it’s happening! The artists who built the House on Fire are exhibiting next week in Joz…

EXHIBITION OF SWAZI POP-ART

Antanna invites you to enter an African Garden of Eden on Wednesday the 14th of June,
an evening on which the latest magical sculptures from Ezulwini – The Valley of Heaven, will be exhibited by us at our factory at 44 Stanley Avenue

Jiggs Thorne | Shadrack Masugu | Boy Mdzinisa | Phuzo Mtshali

The creative hands and forces behind Swaziland’s renowned House on Fire collaborative, are pleased to announce the recent completion of their latest collection.
This exhibition looks at the humorous side of ‘sin’ in the Garden of Eden.
Our protagonists, Adam and Eve, are presented with choice and free will: this presents choice but also danger. It is about people losing touch with their spiritual connection – and how difficult it is to regain that connection and re-enter the Garden of Eden.”

If you haven’t made any plans yet and need to get away but still want a really good New Year’s party, this is the one we recommend… the New Year’s Eve bash at the amazing House on FIre in the Malkerns valley in Swaziland THe HOuse on Fire is an incredible venue, in our books one of the top venues in the whole country if not the top… it’s a moving jiving work of art set in the lush valleys of the Kingdom. It’s only 3 hours to Swaziland from South Africa and so worth the drive.

If you didn’t know already, the multi-cultural people of Swaziland all know how to really get down and go crazy. The party is themed the ISLAND and looks to be out of this world with beaches, swimming pools, cocktail bars, dancers from Mozambique, DJ’s from all over the world and of course beautiful Swazi people.

The bonus of course with Swaziland is that you get to enjoy a truly magnificent rural and cultural setting but you get to have a great bash too.

We’re jealous. Very Jealous. Enjoy for our sake… Click here for the site and all you need to know.
